Athletic development – Strength – Power – Agility

Specific Performance Elite classes are designed to help you develop your strength, power and agility. The 12-week sessions will allow you to develop your technique for performing complex advanced movements found in sports such as weightlifting and CrossFit. An assessment of your skills will be made at the beginning and end of the session to highlight your progress.
