Moms and Tots Classes

Return to physical fitness quickly and safely after pregnancy with our moms and tots classes, supervised by kinesiologists.


  • At least 5 weeks post-partum
  • Doctor’s approval to restart physical activity


Kinesiologists supervise these classes and the level of difficulty is adapted for each participant. The exercises are focused on muscle and cardiovascular work, reinforcement of the posterior muscle chain, transverse abdominals, as well as the pelvic floor muscles. The training excludes jumps, impact, running and sit-ups.

No specific items are required, but participants may bring whatever is necessary for the comfort of their babies (and a space will be reserved for these items). Reservations are required for each class, because the maximum number of participants is six (6) per time slot.
